Raleigh, NC LASIK, SMILE, and PRK Procedures
Our practice performed the first LASIK procedure in North Carolina in the 1990s. We continue to provide quality LASIK, SMILE and PRK to our patients with myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (farsightedness) and astigmatism. Our state of the art Zeiss Visumax and WaveLight EX 500 lasers are housed on-site in our surgery facility.
Although the lasers and technology that are used are important, it is more important to know the qualifications and experience of the physician performing the procedure. Dr. Porter personally performs each examination prior to the procedure, performs the surgery, and provides postoperative care during the follow-up period. It’s this continuity of care that provides excellent LASIK and PRK results at Porter Ophthalmology.
When combining Wavefront Optimized technology with our experience in performing over 9000 LASIK procedures and fellowship training specifically in refractive surgery, you can rest assured you’ve made the best choice for you…and your vision.
